Rijnlands Lyceum Oegstgeest presents: Grease

“Why this car is automatic. It’s systematic. It’s hydromatic. Why it’s grease lightning.”

WE MAY NOW! After two long years without a show, the auditorium doors can finally open again.

We go back to the 1950s. We go to Rydell High where Danny is not interested in Sandy though. [spoiler alert: they get each other]

More 80 students worked enthusiastically for months on our performance under the guidance of teachers. It is directed by Malte Huthoff. Music will be provided by Mark van der Laaken and Gerwin van der Werf. Wietske Brouwer helped with the vocals. Decor and clothing were created under the supervision of Steffanie Doornhein and Marja Selier. All design is by Eric van Leeuwen. Dance was coached by Ashley Zaat.

Students from both departments of our school, Dutch and International, are represented in the production. Therefore, like our school, the play is bilingual.

We are incredibly looking forward to this party. Are you coming too?

Commencement: 8 p.m. in the auditorium.

You can reserve tickets for any of the performances

Tickets cost €8 each.

You can make reservations by phone from Monday, March 21 through Friday, March 25 by calling 071-5193537 between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Only call this number, as it is not possible to make reservations through the reception desk.

Reserved tickets will be prepared by name at the entrance on the night of your choice. Then you can also pay for the tickets.
