This was evident in the photo and words accompanying his obituary: <\/p>\n\n<p><em>In the lee of the harbor<br\/>I lowered my sails<br\/>and moored for one last time<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"450\" height=\"713\" class=\"wp-image-15258\" style=\"width: 450px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rostalgia.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/bob-van-der-meijden.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n\n<p>We wish his family strength in coping with this loss.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We received the sad news that former colleague Bob van der Meijden passed away on March 31 at the age of 91 -years.
